May such people work in Uni?

So,there is interesting news in regional TV:

В Ростове оперативники предотвратили убийство целой семьи
Заведующему кафедрой по физической подготовке одного из ростовских вузов...

The announcement is proper one, because of the employer wasn't sounded.
However, TV-story was not proper enough in regional news at 8 p.m. Newsman said about head of department of Southern Federal University that can be defined as negative advertisement - real black PR-action. Sure, that such TV-story demonstrates professionalism of our journalists from one hand-side, and inconsistence of PR-office of the biggest university on the southern Russia.

One else:
everybd. know such TV-program as "Capital-Show Pole Chudes". One of the participant also from Southern Federal Uni., student of geological college. It is funny to hear Southern Federal University twice for the day, but very ruefully that these words accompany just criminal and entertain shows :-(
